《嘉米提-灵源战队》讲述四名地球少年被异星晶球选中，成为守护宇宙的最后希望。古罗马展会上，卡特、斯凯、格伦、赞恩获得水、风、土、火元素战魂，在嘉米星守护者米莉黛尔带领下，对抗曾背叛议会的堕落战士格雷文及其垢灵军团。少年们一边应付校园考试、家庭矛盾，一边在“战斗穹顶”接受严酷训练，从互不信任到首次触发“灵源融合”。格雷文先后夺取灵源碎片与嘉米之魂，撕开宇宙裂缝，地球与嘉米星同时告急。米莉黛尔被囚、导师博尔斯继任，少年潜入晦暗幽域救出伙伴，却失去碎片。面对格雷文以“灰烬之火”横扫圣殿，四人放下自我，完成终极元素合璧，在双星交汇的战场上释放全元素爆裂，为宇宙争得最后一线光明，而他们的成长与羁绊，才刚刚开始。
